Every piece is handmade with great care and attention to detail by Sophie herself.

Because of the one-of-a-kind nature of pearl jewellery, all sales are generally final but, life (and mistakes!) happen so all returns and exchanges are handled on an individual basis. 

If there’s an issue with your order, please get in touch as soon as possible to work with Sophie on a resolution. Queries made more than two weeks after receipt will not be considered.

Custom or personalized pieces, discounted items, sample pieces, and gift cards are all considered non-returnable.
